All business is transacted COD and FOB the factory. Where flooring is involved, it is the responsibility of the dealer to make all necessary financial arrangements in order that delivery can be effected on a COD basis. A signed Trust Receipt, where applicable, will be acceptable as cash. Permission is also granted to verify the above statements. If any change in flooring arrangements is made, the factory will be notified in advance of such change in detail.

Personal Guaranty

In consideration of the extension of dealership to applicant, the undersigned does hereby personally and unconditionally guarantee to pay factory on demand any sum which is now due and which may become due by applicant whenever applicant fails to pay within the terms of this contract. The undersigned further guarantees to pay any and all interest, late charges, attorney's fees or collection charges.
